Description of Message Information
Below are descriptions of the information included on the My Messages pages.
Inbox - View the messages in your inbox by clicking the Inbox tab.
Deleted Messages - View the messages that you deleted by clicking the Deleted Messages tab. You can permanently delete messages from your Deleted Messages or restore them to your Inbox.
Empty Deleted Messages - Permanently deletes selected messages from your Deleted Messages tab.
Select - Checking the select box will initiate the action to move message(s) to or from the Inbox/Deleted Messages tabs or to permanently delete them after the selection of the related action button.
File Attachment(s) - The paperclip is displayed next to a message that has a file attached. The file can be opened or saved to a location on your computer.
Subject - The subject is the title of the message which may also include an icon to represent messages marked as highly important. Click on the subject to read the message.
Received Date - The date the message was received.
Expiration Date - The date the message is set to expire and be deleted from your inbox.
Message - On the Message Details page the message contains important Medicare and health related information.
